Agenda Finalized for Upcoming CMAG Meeting

The agenda for CMAG's 42nd meeting – to be hosted by Cisco at its San Jose facilities on March 5-6, 2009 – has been finalized. The theme of the meeting is “Emerging Markets and Opportunities”. More than 70 people from a broad cross-section of IT hardware, software and services companies have thus far registered to participate in the meeting. In addition to sessions lead by outside speakers on a variety of subjects related to conducting research in emerging markets, highlights of the meeting include a demonstration of Cisco’s TelePresence solution and an accompanying discussion of how this technology can be used to facilitate research in emerging markets, as well as a CMAG Panel Discussion on “Managing Outsourced and Off-shored Functions”. Barry Jennings of Dell will moderate the panel; panel members include Raja Bhadury of HP; Mark Smolenski of Microsoft; Inga Vailionis of Intel; and Alan Dye of CA.
