Frank Parsons
Frank joined IPR in 2001 and is currently the Administrative Services Manager. He is responsible for human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable and most other non-consultative services within the company. Before joining IPR he worked in a number of industires in various administrative, personnel, and logistics-related positions. Frank currently holds a certification as a Certified Administrative Professional.
Frank is active in the International Association of Administrative Professionals and other volunteer organizations. He is an avid book collector and enjoys spending time with his daughters and family.
